This deep relaxation course will introduce you to a modern system of yoga nidra practice which can assist in the promotion of physical and mental health and wellbeing.
You can participate in two ways –
- Self paced program at a time that suits you, OR
- Practice with a group via weekly interactive zoom sessions

iRest Integrative Restoration is a form of meditative self-inquiry stemming from the teachings of Yoga which can assist in promoting deep relaxation throughout mind and body.
The iRest approach has been the subject of significant research and found valuable in the treatment of insomnia, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, and chronic pain.
iRest nourishes qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving kindness towards yourself and others.
iRest practices directly address the way you respond to your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to recognise the innate peace of mind which can be present amidst all of life’s challenging circumstances.
No previous yoga/meditation experience is required.
How it Works!
- You will receive a video link each week with teachings related to the practice and focus for that week, plus a 20 – 35 minute recorded iRest® yoga nidra practice.
- Weekly sessions via the online platform zoom for those participating in the interactive course.
- Includes an iRest® yoga nidra workbook/manual.
