Practices for Peace, Well-being and Clarity
I am now offering online yoga classes each week, live streaming via zoom. Classes are available to enjoy “live” or you can practice later, as each session is recorded.
Mondays @3pm – Chat & Yoga Nidra

Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:00am – 30 minute practice
Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:15pm – General Yoga
Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:15am – General Yoga
Payment options are –
- $60 monthly subscription (unlimited scheduled classes plus access to additional resources as I build the library). This is paid via direct credit monthly, so no ongoing commitment is required.
- $90 for a 5 class pass
- $20 Weekly Pass

If you want to feel more comfortable in your body and are looking for a yoga class that respects your restrictions, limitations and pain, then Bhava yoga is for you.
Classes include yoga nidra (deep relaxation), yoga asana, pranayama and guided meditation.

Situated in the heart of Warrandyte: spacious, light filled room.

25 Donaldson Rd, Kangaroo Ground
This is a beautiful mud brick building with a space for approx. 12 people to practice yoga.
Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:30am
Cost: $ 162 for the term (9 weeks), $25 casual
Term payment is preferred. Casual attendance will be available if places available.
