If you want to feel more comfortable in your body and are looking for a yoga class that respects your restrictions, limitations and pain, then Bhava yoga is for you.

Classes include yoga nidra (deep relaxation), yoga asana, pranayama and guided meditation.

Situated in the heart of Warrandyte: spacious, light filled room. 

Tuesdays 9:30 – 11:00am (must pre-book)

Tuesdays 7:30 – 9:00pm

25 Donaldson Rd, Kangaroo Ground

This is a beautiful mud brick building with a space for approx. 12 people to practice yoga.

Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:30am

Cost: $ 162 for the term (9 weeks), $25 casual 
Term payment is preferred. Casual attendance will be available if places available.
